Please log into your Participant Portal (http://login.rpgconsultants.com) and click on the gear icon which appears on the upper right corner of the webpage (next to your name). A side menu will appear on the right side of your screen. Please select "Beneficiaries". There, you may designate both Primary and Contingent beneficiaries for your account. You may designate more than one beneficiary in each category using the "Add" button appearing on the bottom left corner of the page.
Please note that married Participants looking to designate someone other than their spouse as primary beneficiary may not do so online (on the web portal). They must use the paper-based beneficiary designation form (available for download from the “Account Management Forms” section at http://forms.rpgconsultants.com) because notarized written spousal consent is required.
