Even though the prior-year Employer contribution was processed this year, it was allocated to the prior Plan-Year in your account. Therefore, details can be viewed on the Transaction History page of your Participant Portal by entering December 31st of the prior year in both date fields (from-date and to-date) as this is a year-end contribution. If your Plan does not follow calendar years for its Plan-Years, please enter the end date of your Plan’s “off-calendar” Plan-Year instead (for example, June 30th or March 31st). You may also review your balances by Source of Contribution on the opening Dashboard page of the Participant Portal from the “My Portfolio” section by changing the view setting to “Source View”.
