From the “Request Credentials” page, enter your information in the required fields (your full Social Security Number, Date of Birth, and Zip Code which appear in your account profile). An email will be sent to the primary email address in our records. Please check your SPAM folder as sometimes automated/system-generated emails may be filtered as SPAM. 


If you do not receive an email with a link to reset your credentials, it is likely because one or more of the responses entered does not match the data appearing in your account profile, or the data is missing from your account profile. Please call our Participant Support line at 1-212-947-4800 (select option 1 for Support, then select option 1 for Participant Support) so that we may conduct an identity verification protocol and reset your login credentials. We recommend that you review your personal profile page, once logged in, to ensure that the information in your account profile is complete and up to date.
