In addition, your entries for these values, as well as your responses to the alternate verification questions must be entered precisely as they appear in our records. Please call our Participant Support line at 1-212-947-4800 (select option 1 for Support, then select option 1 for Participant Support) so that we may conduct an identity verification protocol and reset your login credentials. We recommend that you review your personal profile page, once logged in, to ensure that the information in your account profile is complete and up to date.
