The processing timeline for a withdrawal request ranges between 5 and 15 business days from the receipt of a completed application. This timeline does not include mail delivery. Requests initiated online have a shorter completion timeline as there are fewer documentation requirements. RPG will reach out to the Plan Sponsor to obtain employer authorization for your withdrawal request. Our processing timeline begins at receipt of Plan Sponsor/ Employer authorization. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for Plan Sponsor approval of your request. If you submitted your application to us within the past 18 business days, we are working diligently to complete processing and get the funds disbursed as soon as possible. If you submitted the request more than 18 business days ago, please get in touch with our Support Department for a status update.
